Help inform services for older adults and people with disabilities

We want to hear from you! If you are an adult age 60 or older, an adult with a disability, or a family caregiver in King County, Aging and Disability Services is inviting you to participate in a focus group or complete a survey.

Graphic urging older adults to provide feedback about services

We’re looking for input that will help us understand how to better communicate with you and let you know about the programs and services available to you in King County.

Who we want to hear from

We are eager to engage with:

  • Older adults (ages 60 and up)
  • People with physical disabilities (ages 18 and up, and challenged by two or more “activities of daily living” e.g., eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring/walking, and continence)
  • Unpaid family caregivers (someone who helps an elderly or disabled family member, friend, or neighbor continue living at home)
  • Urban Native elders
  • Latinx Spanish speakers
  • Black and African American elders
  • Older adults living in south and east King County
  • LGBTQIA+ elders

This effort is organized by Aging and Disability Services (ADS), a division of the Human Services Department and the designated Area Agency on Aging for Seattle and King County, and the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
