The City of Seattle Human Services Department (HSD) and the Seattle Office for Education (OFE) are seeking investment proposals from agencies/organizations interested in providing Step Ahead Preschool services to low-income children ages three and four and their families in Seattle. Approximately $2.4 million is available for the period of September 2012 – August 2013. All proposals must be received in person, by mail, or electronic submission by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2012.
