On Monday and Tuesday, April 25th and 26th, 2011, the Committee to End Homelessness will host community discussions or “charettes” on key policy changes needed to fully implement the Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness. The charrettes will be held at the Tukwila Community Center, 12424 – 42nd Avenue S, Tukwila WA on Monday, April 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, April 26, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
These discussions will take place in the context of two-hour conversations among national and local experts and interested community members on what key policy changes are needed during years six through ten of The Plan. On Thursday, April 28th from 3 to 5 p.m., the Committee will roll out the first draft of the plan for comment. This meeting will also take place at Tukwila Community Center.
